Hello! My name is Tami Moser, Ph.D., DBH, and I’m an educator, coach, and consultant with extensive academic and professional experience. Currently, I serve as Chair and Professor of Pharmacy Administration at Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU), where I also spearhead the Center of Excellence in Pharmacy Leadership, Innovation, and Quality Outcomes within the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. 🎓 My educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Organization and Management (Capella University), a Doctorate in Behavioral Health (Arizona State University), an M.P.A. in Public Administration Management (University of Oklahoma), and a B.A. in Liberal Studies (University of Oklahoma). Each degree reflects my passion for organizational improvement and leadership development. As a scholar, I specialize in talent development, succession strategies, and transformative organizational change. I’ve dedicated my career to helping both students and professionals achieve breakthroughs, whether in their dissertations, entrepreneurial ventures, or leadership roles.
